    Welcome to

    Moray Psychology Services

with Dr Audrey Henderson, Clinical Psychologist

Are you feeling confused about your feelings? Frustrated or overwhelmed by emotions? Troubled by thoughts, memories or your own actions?

Our emotions evolved to guide us through life and keep us safe. But they evolved in a world different to the one we live in today. So they can trip us up, or keep us stuck. Especially as we navigate life's challenges.

Sometimes we need another perspective to help make sense of it all, and find a way forward.

Therapy with a psychologist brings together your unique experience, with science's best understanding of the human mind. In a safe, supportive space, we can work together to build insight and take meaningful steps towards what matters to you.

I can offer individual therapy to adults (18+), in person in Elgin, or online for clients across the UK.
